I'm looking to run under 23 and possibly break 20
My current pr is 24:58
The past few weeks I've been working on staying consistent running 4-6 times a weeks. 3-5 miles every day. I do core and stretch.
I was told I should have easy runs + a long run + a tempo
This summer I'm thinking of running about running 30 - 45
June

As you can see I don't really like writing and varying weeks. Although I do have a few possible weeks sketched out.. as in the mpw written down.
I don't know if my runs are too long. If I should vary the days like this
