Do female sprinters (that are at the collegiate or top HS level) actually do any off season training.
Like after NCAAs and USA Championships (June or July). Do they just rest until January and start training again?

Yes, they train in the off season. Most will take a few weeks off after the season ends. Then they'll have a few months of light gpp type of work before more specific work starts right before indoors time frame.
