They obviously think you're an ass with four feet/hooves. Prove them otherwise by sending two back and demonstrate that you do indeed walk upright

What factory ships direct? How much did you save versus retail.

How many pairs did you order? One or two? If you ordered/paid for one pair and they sent you two then it's on them.
Ignore this guy. He reminds me of those who become indignant when a bank asks for money back after a cash machine throws an error sprays them with cash.
Being good is a lot harder than it looks.
Did you get your credit card bill or can you check by phone to determine whether in fact you did order 1 or 2 pairs?
I'd call and tell them. They aren't mine unless they say they are.

Second reply was the winner. This is exactly what happened.
You surprised me, LRC. The majority of you seemed to advocate doing the right thing. Here is your pat on the back:

Just keep them and dont eorry about it. I worked in distribution for many years and a certain amount of shipping errors is common and inevitable. Its not worth the hassle for them for you to return them. Now if they start sending you a new pair of shoes every week, thats a different story. One time occurrence, not worth worrying about.
Tell them.
80% chance they tell you to keep them.
If not, make them send self addressed paid package that you can easily send from your home without going to the post office. You should not have to do a chore to fix their mistake.

If you have a conscious then you would return/notify the store folks. This happened to me once where they sent an extra pair and I returned them.

Many brands ship directly to you if you are a certified coach. The majority of major brands, I would say.
If you are paying retail for shoes, you are missing out.
About two years ago, I found a listing for Brooks Ghost 7 (current model at the time) showing them being $1.20 including shipping. I ordered seven pairs to see what would happen.
The next day, I received an email stating that the price was an error and the shoes were $120. They further stated that they were canceling my order, refunded my $8 and gave me a code for 20% off of my next order as a consolation.
About a week later, I received a box with all seven pairs. I kept them in the box for about a month expecting to be contacted and asked to return them.
Never heard anything from it.
Call / email them and let them know. 99% chance they'll just tell you to keep them and you won't feel like a scumbag afterwards.

Here's what you REALLY do. Cut both both of your feet off with the shoes on, and send them them back. Tell them they were a size too small, and you physically couldn't get the shoes off any other way. Boom, lawsuit. Oldest trick in the book.

I would notify them of the mistake. Pretty easy to do. Right?
The only answer is to contact them and let them know what happened and ask them how they would like to fix their mistake.
