Keep them. No question
I'd let them know. They'd probably let me keep them.
That is your call. However, you are legally not required to return merchandise that has been sent to you unsolicited.
Always do the right thing. Always, always, always be honest.
You never know, some poor kid who packed them might be getting it the neck for this.
Les is wrong. You are responsible for returning them or paying for them. This is basic contract law.
I would send the second pair back and say they didn't fit well and get a refund that way I got the shoes straight up for free.
Return them or offer to buy them less the cost of shipping if you really want to keep them. If you don't do the right think, karma will bite you in the a** and you will get hurt wearing that second pair.

I would inform them but I wouldn't go to effort to return them. I would send them back if they made it really, really easy to do (eg DirecTV once sent me a prepaid box in which I was to send back my old receiver).

This or just keep them. I would not pay a penny out of my pocket to send them back.

Les is correct that you aren't required to return something if you receive it unsolicited, but that doesn't apply in this case. OP ordered the shoes which make that law a red herring.
Turn those sumbitches sideways and stick em straight up your candy ass.
Put them on your feet is an idiot. If you receive something and then use it you have accepted that unsolicited offer and must pay

If you have a conscious then you would return/notify the store folks. This happened to me once where they sent an extra pair and I returned them.

That's why you won't say anything.

inform them of the error- see how they offer to resolve it.
I agree at no expense to you and if the if the implementation of the return is.too cumbersome for you suggest they ship you a prepaid mailer that the postman/ups/etc. can pick up at your door at your convenience
How many pairs did you order? One or two? If you ordered/paid for one pair and they sent you two then it's on them.
