Long story short: I really want to run a bit longer than I have been.
Should I increase the time that I run, therefore increasing the length of my run and achieving my goal of running for a longer period of time?
Or, should I instead, paradoxically, run for a shorter period of time. Thanks, experts, looking forward to your competent and qualified replies on this extremely difficult topic.
P.S. I really hate running, dunno if this factors into the equation or not...
