I'd like to start running again and take a shot at sub 3 full thon. The only problem is I don't want to loose any weight. I'm about 30lbs heavier than I was in college and I'm still thin!
Any advise????

Unless you weighed 100 pounds or less in college, I imagine losing some of the excess 30 would be good for you.
I feel you OP. Do you lift weights? I always lift during periods i don't run and gain 15lbs or so. The difference is subtly but i feel and look much better. I find as long as you keep lifting and eating accordingly that you don't lose any muscle even at higher mileage. You don't have to push lifting super hard either, just maintain your same strength. It will be much harder to run sub 3 with 30 extra lbs though.

That's not the only problem.
Another problem is that you wrote "full thon".
Not only does it sound awful when you hear it said, but it's fewer key strokes to type the word "marathon".
