No there, but not running. A slip on ice did some damage (three broken ribs, three fractured vertebrea (spelled ??) and two muscle contusions. I will be out for a while. Going from about six hours of activity to about 68 per day (some of us still keep logs). Speaking of does anyone remember "jog logs"? They were large maps of the US with every 25 miles marked off. You would track you trip to another location.
