If by having "it" you mean he has larvae, then - yes, he does.
Yes, star!

I think he just broke the World Record for the fastest -4 year old.

Well he probably only did 100m, but he did have a nice full gait, probably an 800m runner in future.
It does not matter. Let him be a kid. He will eventually lose interest in LDR and find other things. If he truly loves LDR he will return to it. But as we mature we don't always stay the same. Our limbs grow etc. And his gait and posture could be quite different.
No one made him do anything, he's obviously trying to emulate to emulate the adults he sees running every day. It's the classic running to school, as he's in school uniform and heavy, leather shoes which makes his gait all the more impressive.
Beautiful movement. 99% of westerners run like retards.

Four? Kid looks to be about eight or ten. Do they start lying about their age that early?
Anyway, solid form...
Those shoes will prevent any running future. It's a shame.
It's impossible to tell. He does have a nice stride though. Also can people stop using the song "hall of fame" , "remember the name" and other songs like these to make cheesy internet videos like this. Seriously these songs are terrible and they turn what could be interesting videos into a pile of hokey, overly sentimental, "you can do anything you put your mind to" garbage.

I said minus 4, it was a joke about the rampant age cheating in this part of the world.
No
First, he is wearing shoes. I thought all the best runners grew up perfecting their light and efficient stride by running barefoot?
Second, poor endurance. I thought all the best runners ran 3+ miles to school every day and 3+ miles home? He should have been able to last more than 100M or so.
Third, too affluent. He has a rather nice shirt, shoes and even matching socks. He will not be driven by poverty to devote his life to running in order to feed his parents and village, like all the other best runners are.
Fourth, lacks confidence and focus. Does not run on the road, but off to the side, and pays too much attention to the vehicle and camera. The best runners are confident in their ability to do it and not easily distracted.

+1
Those songs are indeed cringeworthy. Sometimes I feel alone in my hatred of them because they're always massive hits and so popular on the airwaves. And yes, it sort of ruined the video.
Then we agree about something El Keniano. I know that the point here really is just that there is an immense amount of homegrown, motivated talent from an early age, and that is for sure. Kenya is and will always be one of the great running nations of the world. The problem is that too many elites are using drugs to get an edge, an edge over their compatriots to be noticed and make money, and an edge over the world competition (mainly Ethiopians>and vice versa). With this altitude, dirt roads, and best of all, running culture, Kenya should be a contender for every distance medal every time out with no drugs.
