Also they aren't on the 'grey line' anymore? Looks like a short cut to London.

Yeah, they are not even cheating right. They are clearly way off the LEJOG route they plotted out. 4.3 mph to nowhere.

Dave has just broken all the World Records for the 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, Mile, 3k, 5k, 10k, 15k, and 10 miles.
If Dave can keep running at this speed he will also break the World Record in the Marathon…with a time of 1:09
Oh boy Dave.
at least we get to hear of such quaint Cornwall village names as Dobwalls, Merrymeet, Minions and Camelford
Hmm, I think what they are doing is to take an unannounced route to make it more difficult for people to come watch them.
How is Dave going to explain his tracker showing him running at 34 to 62 miles per hour?
ha ha ha
Dave needs to come up with an explanation real fast.
Facebook says diversion on the A30, strangely since he went straight to 34 mph looks like he chose to drive 12 miles past it, skipping that part of the route, or was not with the tracker.
The "All time speed" is comedy gold, how long before the tracker starts getting unexplained faults like his London timing chip did?
Lands End to John O' Groats 2017 Running Challenge
UPDATE- The team have been escorted off the A30 due to a diversion and have had to reroute! Dave had no choice but to get in the van. The tracker will continue to show he's progress, and this has ADDED some miles to he's journey! Team LEJOG are now rerouted and Dave is back on foot. Thank you.
Once again, the Garmin on the wrist failthfully recording cadence would remove any doubts

Ultrarunning is stupid and boring.
Dave is sick in the head.
This run by Dave is going to take a long time.
I am bored now.
If he's going to get in the van every time there is a bit of traffic or roadworks he's going to be spending a lot of time in the van. But I guess that's all part of the plan. The way he's heading now he's heading for Dartmoor which could be fun. Lots of very steep hills. Relentless and grinding.

Did Terrie write that? "he's", not once but twice, when it should have been 'his'.
As someone commented on Page 28 "judging by the way she writes, poorly educated and thick."

I don't understand why he had to get into the van...even if it's diverted it makes no sense. Looking at traffic news there are some road works and traffic disruptions on the A30 but nothing states the road is closed.

Even if the support vehicle was re-routed surely he could just follow the diversion on foot without the need to ride in the vehicle?
It just makes no sense to me..!

Same as the 2016 London Marathon, £5000 for a sub 3:30, but whose charity?
Looking at his tracker he seems to be way off the plotted route...maybe he's decided to run home to Norfolk instead?
Avoiding Bodmin Moor? People did raise the issue of the Beast Of Bodmin Moor yesterday, an animal more terrifying than the Beast of Craggy Island
Maybe that's why he wouldn't run when darkness fell. He didn't want to fall victim to the beast. Mind you, he'd probably wrestle it into submission Tarzan style and then wear it's pelt as a loincloth. Or at least that's what he'd tell us!
