I'm currently in a strength block and looking for input as to what is actually effective. One thing I go back and forth with is hamstring curls. Has anyone realized benefits from seated curls?

Seated are way better
I think if you keep the weight reasonably low and focus on the eccentric movement (preferably single leg) then they're a pretty good accessory exercise. Ease into it you'll be sore! This would also apply to leg extensions.
Thanks. I know I'd be better off doing single led dead lifts but they can irritate my back.

Hamstring curls are worthless.
Look up athlean X bullet proof your hamstrings on youtube (I'd post the link but I'm on a tablet) and do the Nordic hamstring curls with the gym ball he shows. Help me to do sprinting again.
