I dropped a weight on my foot and was put in a boot for two weeks. I have a pretty bad limp but no on my bad leg, my calf is tight and feels pulled. Can a limp cause a pulled calf muscle?

One leg is overcompensating for the other. You probably strained your calf muscle. Roll it out, get a massage, and try to walk without a pronounced limp with the boot. This means slow down. I see many people try to power walk in a boot and it just jacks up their other leg.
