knee was hurting after the last 'long' run on last sunday so took off mon and tues, was a little sluggish wed but was fresh again for the last up tempo workout on friday.
mon off RICE for the knee
tues knee felt better but waited another day just to be sure
wed 10 easy/mod
thurs 10 mod with 8 strides fast
fri 10 mile tempo with sub MP pace on up/downhills, MP for recovery
sat mod 9, went to the cubs game, zambrano for cy young
sun off 10 hours driving this weekend plus the baseball game left a lot of homework last night, so much so that i haven't slept since I woke up yesterday, i'm taking a nap, easy 6 when i wake up, hopefully it's still light out.
still welcoming anyone who wants to run 6:10-6:15 for the first half on monday, hopefully we'll get another thread going at the end of the week.
