I worked pretty hard over the winter, well at least for me... I was running 40 to 45 miles a week, and everyone kept making fun of me telling me I was wasting my time. I just shook my head and trusted my coach. In the beginning of the season, I sucked for time trials (this was last week). My hamstring was giving me problems and I went in to see the doctor, in which she said that I have a minor grade 1 hamstring strain and will only require 2 weeks off from running. Anyways, I go in and tell my teammates and now everyone just keeps calling me a "idoit" and that I "wasted my time" or that I "overtrained".
So, the question is in the title, this is just my current situation.
