5k PB - 16'32"
Easy pace - 4'30"/km to 4'45" (sadly, I do not know how to run slower)
Easy pace in minutes per mile or kilometre?
"recent 5k PR" is an oxymoron for me.

16:42 in my last 5k
Most non-workout days I am running my first mile at 7:45-8:10, the majority of the run at 7:00-7:30, and the last couple miles a little faster. This is based on feel and not intentional, so it can vary on days when I feel especially tired/fresh.
Marathon race pace is 6:15 so I'm not really approaching any sort of race distance efforts.
5k 15:40
Easy day is 7:15
Recovery day 7:30-7:50
My PB is 12:37
My easy run is about 4 min/km
If your PR isn't recent, you can't have a recent PR.
Since my PR isn't recent, I have no idea what my actual easy pace was 20 or so years ago.
I estimated 7 minute pace but didn't run measured paths and didn't have GPS back then.
I answered this out of curiosity, as I don't believe by itself can tell you much.. The average pace for every run that I logged as 'easy', in the 45 days preceding each race, is listed after the race time. None of the races overlap in those 45 days.
On the improve (starting from 48 going to 51 years old):
19:04 - 8:24
18:16 - 8:37
18:05 - 8:29
17:54 - 8:43 (PR)
On the decline (52 years old to now):
18:36 - 8:54
19:09 - 8:52
19:30 - 8:58
PR: 1.77e46 planck time
Easy pace 1.19293e-8*(speed of light)

Easy pace - 7:00
Recent best 5k: ~17:00
Current easy pace: 7:40min/mile or slower
17:15
6:50-7:20
5K 20:40 (possibly in 20:20 shape right now)
Easy pace 9:40-9:50
Not sure why it is a lot slower than others with a similar PR.
14:50
7:10-7:30
15:42
6:40-50 if flat
Probably faster than I should be going
15:53 - 7:05
18:10
8:15
20:55
8:45--9:15
[about 2 minutes slower than 5K PR pace //math]
17.40 - 7.30ish. My 5K PR is weak, should be much closer to 17.
14:37
Easy pace - 6:55-7:20 most days. Shakeout runs sometimes slower.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
