Yes if you infuse more than 50mg they should be banned. Did they infuse with more than 50mg? That is the question. I assume no, if no charges have been brought.

I have my facts straight - nothing i said wasn't false. i just didn't give every nuance of the information, and that one needs a TUE for more than a 50mL infusion.

The article says "research supplement based on the chemical L-carnitine." So that kind of indicates that it is a chemically modified version of L-Carnitine that could have much more athletic enhancing effect that normal L-carnitine. Like always, we have to wait and hope for more details.
