I'm not talking about an eating disorder. We have practice at 2pm and if I eat anything from the time I get up until 2pm, I feel sluggish on the run. I need to eat after practice and again before bed.

Small meal at breakfast till 3:00 then come home and eat like a pig. Then small meal before sleep.
