Everyone has come up with all these "solutions" on how we are going to force American men to run sub 2:12. Like it is just a matter of motivation or something. I don't think so. I think there are plenty of motivated individuals out there. Now they just need the right components. This is not a Quality vs. Quantity debate, because they would obviously need both. What type of training? Mileage? Workouts? Etc.?
What age?
Height?
Weight?
Background?
Experience?
Just curious of what people think is perfect, if it is this easy.
