Well, cohabitation before marriage has been one of the best predictors of divorce, along with a high number of sexual partners.

Then the power of her vagina while we lived together got the best of me, when I clearly should have moved out right away. We got back together and it was one of the worst mistakes I've made in my life.

When you say you don't have a lease it means you are skipping out paying her til she can find a room mate? Or are you not paying anything now?

Yet another example of why co-habitation prior to marriage is a bad idea. Look at the stats. Evidence based research suggests this doesn't bode well for your next relationship either.

I agree, but will add the her absence could actually make this whole thing a lot less painful than normal.

Secure a place. 1-2 days before she leaves, tell her it's over. This will give enough time to respectfully have the "talks" in person, and for you to stand firm and tell her you're sure it's the right thing. Bonus, you'll make things easier on her by just moving out when she's gone. Bonus, she gets to go spend time with her family in the meantime. That sounds like a grade-A breakup situation. Good luck.
