It is sad.
And that is reflective on how many votes go in Congress.
So many votes are 100% one party voting for it and 100% of the other part voting against it.
There is virtually no reason to listen to the campaign policies of anyone running for Congress in the general election.
They will vote along with their party on every vote.
These days, you pick the party, not the person.
It sounds cynical, but I am waiting for someone to buck the trend.
Every Republican voted against the ACA just to say that it did not have bipartisan support.
Even though most of it was written from Republican solutions for healthcare and the public option was not on the final bill.
