If the whistleblower is really an embedded CIA person, that should bother us that Trump is being spied on. Who authorized this?
If Trump is being actively spied upon and this phone call was selected to open impeachment inquiries, then we have an attempted coup.
This will go down badly for Pencil neck Schiff & the House Dems.

Just how stupid are you? All calls from the US president to foreign leaders are listened to and transcribed by multiple people. Those transcripts are then shown to multiple people who decide how the document should be classified.
There are probably at least a 1/2 dozen of not a lot more people who were privy to the transcripts. They are not spies. They work for the government.
If they hear something so disturbing to them that they either 1) whistle blow, or 2) tell someone who blows said whistle. That's not spying. No one is above the law. This is not leaked classified conversations. This was a leaked shakedown of a foreign leader which is blatantly a abuse of power. It's the whole reason we have rules around whistle blowing - even on the president.
Look, I was a republican of 30 something years. Trump is the worst president of my lifetime. He's amoral and corrupt to the bone. Not to mention utterly out of his freaking mind. Trump drove me out of the Republican party.
There's not a single leading democrat I can fully or even partially support, but any of them will be far less damaging than Trump.
I'm really aghast at how many republicans have sold their souls. Are you so blind that you can recognize a lying, conniving con-man? Is your hatred of everything liberal so blinding that you've forgotten how think for yourself? You just lap up talking heads all day long and regurgitate they're talking points until you can't even notice the bad taste anymore?
It should no longer be a debate about ideas. About who is more right - the left or the right. It should be a debate about our own moral compass. About our ideals as a country. About the type of leaders we wish to have.
If you think Trump is the type of leader you want - not his policies, but his leadership (or should I say lack of it), then you just weren't brought up in the same America that I was. I'll admit that I find it difficult to find any candidate the truly embodies the American spirit that I look for, but they are at not least not a complete embarrassment to it.
