What makes your statement disingenuous at best (and therefore, in its essence, a lie) is that Obama inherited a financial crisis from Bush that pushed the unemployment rate to 10%. So yeah, Bush caused an unemployment rate OFTEN approaching 10%. From there, Obama brought it down to less than 5% (a drop of more than 5% - to make the math easy for you, Sally). This compares to Trump who inherited an on-going economic expansion and brought the unemployment rate down from below 5% to below 4% (a drop of about 1% - to make the math easy for you, Sally).
