Arrogance personified with the excuses waiting in the wings. LOL! Trump is going nowhere. Obama was so corrupt it's sick. How'd he get his "extra" property for his house? Yeah, corrupt cheating liar. Keep on dreaming Flagpole.

This has nothing to do with holding politicians in high regard (which I don't, actually). It has to do with the fact that it is going to be SO bad (much worse than Nixon) that the Senate will have no choice, no matter the political makeup. I am also not naive in any way. Clinton's situation is so different from Trump's.
I have no idea if I am older than you. I am 52.
So I got it. You think nothing is going to happen to Trump. I believe he will go down in flames. Only time will tell who is right (it will be me).

Odd post really in all ways. Peace to you, brother.

Special Counsel's investigation has already costed us more than $25 million. How much more of this can we afford?
That's a really, REALLY good point. At this rate of spending on this GIGANTIC FRAUD it will only take 1,500 years for this to make up 1% of our current budget!
THIS IS BANKRUPTING US!!!!!

Yes, "super bad", as if you're some insider. He's not getting impeached nor is he resigning. You just love to read your own dribble.
1) I am not an insider. I just understand how people are, and Trump is a criminal with a ton of evidence that Mueller and the SDNY are going to bring him down...something I have seen coming down 5th Avenue for over a year now.
2) While I never write what you suggest, the word you want is "drivel".
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.

What politicians should do for the good of the country is typically at odds with what they will do for the good of the party.
Without a smoking gun...tapes....emails....bank deposits....directly linked to the President himself...there will be no conviction in the Senate. Look at Nixon...his party was totally behind him until the tapes and his Saturday Night Massacre.

He's about 55, maybe 56 if I recall correctly. Super proud person who never admits to being wrong. That is the Buckeye man, from the state where Trump got more votes than Obama, now that's funny.
I am 52 and ALWAYS admit to being wrong when it is true. I was wrong about Kavanaugh. I am wrong TODAY about the 2016 election, but will be proven RIGHT once conspiracy is proven.
So, I just pointed out that at a minimum I was wrong about Kavanaugh (the other thing too, but it will be flipped into my RIGHT category). Are YOU now prepared to admit that YOU were wrong about me?

Apparently the Special Counsel Investigation is a big time money maker. It has pulled in $48 million in owed taxes and fines so far for a net gain to the non-criminal US taxpayer of $23 million.
So perhaps you should be asking how can we afford to shut it down?
https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/mueller-investigation-cost-25-million-223557478.htmlI will be right and you will go down in flames with multiple Flagpolian Flops.
Mueller never
Clownpole forever
Whatever the Dems do, they SHOULD NOT impeach Trump. It would be a grave mistake. First, they probably can't get the votes in the Senate. Second, Pence might be worse. Third, removing him in this way will galvanize all the derp-state idiots who will be convinced the tri-laterial commission and George Soros had him removed at the behest of whoever they want to blame, probably a liberal think tank that operates out of a pizza parlor basement.
Far better to nibble around the edges of the Trump org, keep him on edge for 2 more years through the election, throw an indictment at Don Jr. and maybe Jared, watch him go down in flames via the election.

And let's also take this opportunity to talk about how Republicans have cost us billions by de-funding the IRS and the SEC.
Tax cheats like Tiny are allowed to do whatever they want with very little chance of getting caught. Same goes for corporate criminals on Wall Street.
Republicans are not the party of law and order.
Republicans are the party of white collar crime.
Good morning! How are all you LRC stable geniuses doing this fine am?

I think he nailed it.
You're both arrogant and insecure, desperate to gain the approval of others.
When someone disagrees, they are odd or wrong.
Sorry brother, that's the reality of how you portray yourself on these boards.

No clue where you got your numbers from but you refuse to acknowledge VP Biden going to Delaware every weekend and Bush going to Texas every other week. Obama played golf too but he did stay at the White House mostly. POTUS and VPOTUS in all administrations take useless trips all the time that costs taxpayers money. This is nothing new.
Biden is ahead in the IOWA 2020 poll with 30%, Bernie is 2nd. Beto is 3rd. No one ahead this far out has ever won the Democratic nomination. Obama was 3rd in the same poll in 2006. History
Can Beto win a national election? Why or why not? What puns and personal attacks will Trump use?

If liberals ultimate goal is to defeat President Trump in the election then Biden is your safest bet. But, it’s not nearly a lock as it was in 2016. Everyone else will just have an uphill climb.
The Meuller thing won’t hurt Trump’s approval or support at all. That’s why people like flagpole and other liberals scream for impeachment or for him to resign. It will be too difficult to beat him in a general election.

Brah,
The above response was to mouthbreathing Trumptards saying the SCO was spending too much. The links above show that the SCO is collecting more $$$ for the gubment from the numerous tax cheats The Cheeto Jesus surrounds himself with than it spends. So the net is a positive $$$ flow for the gubment.
With all the news about Obamacare, Trump’s mounting legal problems, the massive and un-presidented staff turnover in the Trump administration (the latter of which is totally planned, not bigly chaotic at all) I wonder what the top story is at foxnews.com?
Um, yeah I wonder why that is the top story? Can’t seem to figure it out. What do you LRCers think?

I know some voters who voted for Trump thinking he really was going to drain the swamp and thought he actually was a good businessman. They are either sitting out 2020 or just not voting Trump. There are a few actual independent voters out there who have switched their leanings.
I think the Mueller and associated investigations are worth about 3-5% which is why we’ve seen his support decline from the middle 40s to the low 40s. For him to win in 2020 he will need to hit higher than the 46% hit in 2016.
I’m doing a little more research into Beto. He’s not a progressive, at least not in the far-left style of Bernie and “the movement”. He’s more of a Bill Clinton centrist. Which means he probably won’t win the nomination. I’m starting to warm up to Beto....but I still think he’s too much of a bandwagon candidate.
