So this will be my second track season back from taking a 2 year break. My last track Season before my break, I ran 4:00(1500), 9:37(Steeple), 15:37(5k). Last Track season i was able to run 4:08(1500), 15:54(5K), with some training but had my problems. (getting sick and removing wisdom teeth)
This past XC season i was able to run i ran an 8k time of 26:04 compared a 26:09 to my last season that i ran xc. But my best race of the season, i ran 31:57 in the 10k.
Being that i feel in pretty good shape.Im looking for little things that i can do to improve my running.
In example;
- Meals
- Snacks
- vitamins
- recovery products.
And what would you project me to run this season by looking at my times. In the 1500, and 5k
