9 men still together in men's half. Lilesa looks like he may fall off back. Korir still there. Supposedly only 5:03 split.

The broadcast is produced by the entertainment division not the sports division and aimed for non runners.
Expect to accept " Practice windsprints" to be the height of technical racecentric commentary.
YEah it went from showing a decent amount of elites to nada. What a joke...

This is truly awful. Why is ESPN even streaming this garbage if they don't show any of the actual race? If I wanted to watch a bunch of overweight hobby joggers "run" I would go down to the local park.
Watch the other stream with no sound. You can see at times all 4 races.
15k splits
43:48 for lead men (15:02). 7 guys up front including Korir and Lilesa. Only on 61:36 pace as it's warm and extremely humid.
My god! I always wondered why America struggled to get high audience numbers compared to Europe. Now I know.
Thanks for the stream though Brojo's. Any coverage is better than no coverage.

Since when is 66 warm?
It was hilarious when he asked Kara if she "practiced wind sprints"
Vernoicah Nyaruai Wanjiru is ahead in women's race. Just with her 2 male pacers. I can't tell who is 2nd.
5:16mile 9 46:03
Huge upset if she wins. Nyaruai was 3rd in the World's best 10k last year but i only show a 31:55 10k pr for her. It would be like Hasay winning this thing.
Hasay is running well 32:20 at 10k, projected 1:08:11. She was in 7th at 10k
Not sure if this paces but top 8 women at 15k. Hasay now on 1:08:36 pace

Hasay up to 5th at 15k, she's running down Mary Wacera (7 secs ahead), who was third at World Half Champs last year. Tuliamuk still right with Hasay.

Wacera ran 1:06:29 here last year.
