Same with "labor arbitrage". Lose an arm, get cancer, etc. - who cares? Not the guy who "has to pay 35% more".
Privatize the profits, socialize the liabilities.
^This. Global warming may exist, but politicians who believe in climate change do not support the environment. Instead, they want to use it as a way to make it too costly to do business in the US, so that companies will "have no choice" but to use other labor pools in third world countries where the environment can be destroyed at will.
