So they went from a functional retard who tried to use Igloi's methods to a guy who is going to implement PAAVO? I'm dying laughing. Good luck doing those PPM runs in the Baton Rouge heat, boys!
How do you know he uses PAAVO?

Please explain. His resume looks fine. Utah is more distance-focused, so I would not expect many Power 5 conf. assistants to be lining up for the jumps/sprints job at Utah. So it seems like they did ok.

Hope he does well there the second time around, he is now the standard bearer for other non-white young distance coaches. This gives Ohio State four African-American Staff Members. Truly a commitment to Diversity in college athletics in terms of Track and Cross Country .
Jermyn to Elon. Someone mentioned that as a rumor, but it's confirmed.
Whats the word at new mex state? Its beena long process for such a nonpower.
You do realize that the recruiting tests are OPEN BOOK?

You made a big mess last time when he didn't get the job and now here you are again. Chill dude.
Although his coaching ability is TBD in college I think you (and he?) don't understand the administrative responsibilities involved with being head man. That will absolutely be a learning curve. For starters he's never passed the NCAA recruiting exam (not that he won't) so he will have to study for that. Many of these things to figure out to get up to speed so cool your jets.

Despite this fact I have seen college coaches fail it! Amazing.
He is DEFINITELY NOT the standard. I really hope that was some epic sarcasm. lol
That link is wrong.
Here's the link for the Head Coach Job (Track & XC)

Here's the link for the Assistant Coach Job (Track & XC).

But that place is totally f*@$ed up. You've been warned. paltry pay with no ability to make extra $$ by teaching PE classes or anything.
UCF has an assistant opening. Gray to florida maybe? Or is it the throws that left?
throws my mistake.
