Ok, a good candidate doesn't have to be someone who is a big name we all know at a big school. Theirs plenty of great new coaches out there, it's not that hard to be a successful coach a lot of time it's all about being at the right place at the right time. A great coach wouldn't be a great coach if he/she wasn't given the opportunity to be great. We have to give these people a chance to succeed.

While it may not be a lateral move to go from SEC to CUSA Charlotte definitely has the pieces and resources to help a young coach build their own legacy. You can't forget that CUSA does have some prestige in the distances being that UTEP and MTSU has talented distance programs.
