I never understood how "daylight savings" makes sense. It gets light earlier (which doesn't effect me) but it's dark by around the time I leave work. How many people are getting up earlier to enjoy that morning sunlight? I think it'd make more sense to turn the clocks the other way, OR (preferably) just leave them the same all year round.
Because the sun is cooler this time of year.

I think we should be required to change the clocks 1 minute every day so it always gets dark around 9 pm. That would make the most sense.
