Kramer: 14:31 5k PR (I don't know how you missed this)
Birggs: 8:34 3k, 9:25 3ks, 15:06 5k
Pulvidente: 31:28 10k
(source: quick lil tfrrs search)
Definitely still very aggressive seeding for them, but just because the two non-Alex Genny guys haven't broken 15 doesn't mean they aren't qualified. They'll run well, but based on their indoor performances I don't expect any of them except Kramer to run faster than 14:50.
Pulvidente and Briggs go home DEVASTATED bringing up the rear of the 5k last night

I see your DEVASTATED Pulvidente and Briggs and raise you one DEVASTATED Lupia and Fleming, who both ran slower than a Geneseo freshman.
Did Lupia really go home devastated? Not like anyone expected him to run all the fast
Fleming ran the majority of the race without his shoe tho
I heard that was Briggs' fault.

I hear that the Kenyans and Ethiopians do this on the reg. Pus couldnt even handle it for 5k
leaderboards are getting quick! 5k is pretty deep already
Collins, Kramer, and Burks entered in the 10k at Penn. Collins and Kramer will be going for a natties qualifier I assume.
...and I guess the Geneseo coaches think Burks can do something.

Collins and Kramer are likely going to qualify fairly comfortably, but I don't think you can write Burks off. He has a pretty good cross country resume and that seems like it would be more strongly correlated with potential 10k performance.
In any case the race to watch is IGC versus Colby Alexander and the NY-NJ boys. Will someone finally send him home DEVASTATED? Will he prove he has some sort of charisma with his social media game?
Collins will certainly qualify for the 10k, his 5k at Bucknell is a great indicator he's really fit. Kramer has a chance but I definitely wouldn't say "likely going to qualify fairly comfortably" considering he's never run a 10k. His 5k and cross times show he could, but the 10k is a different beast. As for Burks, there's nothing to show from track that he can run 30:30 in a 10k. Yea, his cross times are good, but cross country isn't track
IGC came away with a HUGE 14:16 in the 5k last night. Pulvidente and Kern go 31:59 and 32:58 in the 10k
IGC runs away with a 14:16 AND saves a small child from a well. Does IGC have INFINITE CHARISMA or what?

DEVASTATION continues as IGC fails to break 4 running 4:02.9 (BASICALLY 4:03) Looked to me like his charisma FLATLINED on lap 3
Anyone know the splits? I'm guessing they closed hard.

Congrats IGC is D1 talent running D3 I bet his parents are so proud. If he ran D1 nobody would care and that's where he should be. Also don't forget that Guarino ran 4:04 and look where that kid is now lol....also the fastest D3 guys are just the first losers anyways. Fact: He will never make any real money off running anyways.
IGC = I Don't Care. Transfer to a d1 school or gain some personality. Running slow d1 times does not give you Charisma. There are literally high schoolers who can beat that time, what is happening to our standards nowadays?
Can we all stop saying IGC is a D1 talent? Stop acting as if this kid was running 4:05-4:10 in high school. He was a good in high school but nowhere near true D1 talent. It's called development, that's why he is at a D3 school
