Hale ran 8:18 today at Dartmouth, with only his team as competition. His performance is obviously great (Nichols' 5k at his home track might be a better performance, come to think of it), but I've been really impressed with how Simpson and Colaizzi have been getting after it this season. They ran 8:24 and 8:26 today, and I think they're just getting started. Look to them to be mixing it up for the win at D3 New Englands. And the two of them will probably join Hale at Nationals. There's no telling what the next few months have in store for them.
