False. Trump never said anything about sexual assault. Your English comprehension is horrible. Trump said "let". That is consent. He didn't say "you can get away with it" or "you know they want it but they won't admit it".
When you touch your partner's genitals, do you ask them for explicit permission every time or do they let you do it?
You are also missing the larger context of his point. His point was that he was amazed how willing women are to throw themselves at celebrities and rich men. This is true. These women exist. If you don't believe it, go to a rock concert and see how women have no problem with men autographing their breasts.

Comment was in the context of both recent incidents- soccer and cross country. Maybe it's painting with too broad a brush. The reality is that there is always going to be locker room talk on men's teams.. It's turning the whole world of dating and relationships into these spreadsheets and reports that's embarrassing.
No, the reality is that women do this too. It has nothing to do with men or gender. It is just what lots of people do.

I remember sitting with my friend at Noon while college watching the girls walk by. We would rate them 1-10, Neither of us had a chance with anything higher than a 7, but it was fun to rate!
Right, but you were not stupid enough to KEEP EVIDENCE!
There is something extra nerdy about using a spreadsheet, but then analytics are everywhere!

Probably less than men and they are better at covering it up!

False. Trump saying they let you get away with it. They don't turn you into the authorities.
Those women are coked out. If you think Trump has groupies, you might be coked out too.
Athletic probation, as defined in The Crimson:
"A spreadsheet the current men's cross country team created was not "personally denigrating" toward members of the women's team, the review found. According to men's cross country team captain Brandon E. Price '17, the probation will not affect the team's season or competition.
"The probation and training, it means that they’re going to keep a close watch on us and have us go through some training seminars with some Title IX coordinators, and also talk with an outside consultant about just working on our team culture.""

No one is saying it doesn't. The issue is that Trump wants to be President while still using locker room talk.

The Crimson wrote:The team created the spreadsheets each year ahead of an annual dance with the women’s team. In the documents, the men guessed which women would invite certain men to the event. In certain spreadsheets, the men added comments about the women’s physical appearance.
Sometimes, the guys commented on the women's appearance. It sounds like most of the time they were predicting which women would invite them to a dance.
Does anyone think that the women 'judged' the men when handing out their invites on things like appearance or even place of birth or major? How dare them.
Some people would call this: "locker room talk".
