Haven't been feeling great lately, workouts been feeling like a drag, nutrition hasn't been the best, and I just been thinking about life too much. I have potential as an 800 runner but my mentality isn't strong. Now, i'm not feeling that excitement to wake up and say i'm going to improve. Also, my mom been struggling & that makes me sad. I'm a college runner so I need some real advice. My first collegiate track season is starting next year. I really want to make an impact and bounce back from a disappointing xc season.
