I've been training in Denver and I'm going to be running in my first marathon, the New York City marathon. My training was consistent up until two weeks ago. My last long run was 20 miles, my pace was 11 min/mile and I didn't feel overly exhausted afterwords. However, because of some personal issues going on in my life, the past two weeks I didn't do any long runs and I only had a couple short run workouts. How concerned should I be? And what should I do between now and the marathon?
