That's funny.
Oklahoma Wesleyan can barely field a Men's team and will finish near the bottom of the KCAC. They don't have a chance to even go to Nationals...
But sure, let Piper run his mouth and make a big deal about it.
Pretty positive there aren't even bathrooms at the park. Just a giant row of porta pots

^This!!!!! This is totally insane! I can't believe NC lawmakers passed that law just to appease all the delusional North Carolinians that are bat-$hit crazy enough to believe in a magic sky wizard and base their entire world view on a severely flawed, highly edited 2000 year old text! These people actually believe that being gay or transgender is a choice! LOL! Man religious people rally are mentally ill.
So you're telling me that unless I kowtow to the demands of crazy shemale people that I'm intolerant. I say that you're an enabler. If these people have a problem, fine, let's get them the help they need. We don't need to make it easier for a man to use a women's restroom.
Also, the NAIA still exists?

While each act individually doesn't do a lot, the millions of dollars the state is loosing in revenue will talk and is the only way these organization can "support."
Money talks....
Separate sex bathrooms are inherently discriminatory and people were fine with that for a long, long time.

I hope everyone sees the blatant hypocrisy in this.
Let's see here:
A. Hold the championships in NC, there is a 0% chance your female athletes get raped in a bathroom by a man who "feels like a woman"
B. Hold the championships in a state where men can hide out in women's bathrooms and assault women and girls of any age under the protection of the law.
UH....Yeah, I am with the Ozarks guy. I don't want to put my athletes in that situation.
Has this "non-discrimination" spread into locker rooms yet? Wait till the schools and colleges have to deal with the consequent sex harassment and rape cases. They may re-think their "progressivism."
I'm going to pretend to be a man who identifies as a women who menstruates, but feels comfortable in the men's room and men's locker room. Then I'll sue for lack of provision of feminine hygiene products (unless I'm at Brown University).
I haven't ran in two years and I could win NAIA nationals.
Not even Paul Chelimo could win NAIA Nationals.

And I'm also boycotting the Nobel prizes. They can award me as many Nobel prizes as they want but I'll never accept them.
You'll all be sorry now!
So you could run 13:57 for 5k in track and 24:00 flat for a 8k?

There are multiple people capable of sub 14 and sub 29:30 in the NAIA, but they just jog the nationals standard, especially in the 5k and 10k. A 1:04 half marathoner was seeded with a 30:30's 10k and didn't win either. Many runners jog the standard in longer events.
Coming from a current NAIA runner, I'd love to see this guy on the course any week and show him we are also legit. (I could be D1 varsity on many top 20 teams, but chose full ride NAIA over partial on a D1 squad).
As for the subject at hand, I hope they keep it in NC. Beautiful city and it was a great experience last year. At this point, I don't think they will. I've heard rumors of Iowa, Louisville, and Terre Haute. I don't think anyone actually knows at this point. I expect more teams to boycott. Maybe some individuals also.
Also, I have some speculation that HB2 isn't the actual reason for the move. They've known about it since March and decide this late to move it? I don't buy it. The riots happened a week before they decided this. Never know how long they would last or what parts of the city it would effect. So, they saw a golden opportunity to get some glory OR they didn't want to be called "racist" by the PC goons. It was a 11-9 vote also. So close. We can only speculate. I'm sure they didn't expect this rough of a transition though. Promised a new venue within a few days and here we are still without one. Schools boycotting. More to come.
You couldn't win your high school's local conference meet.
NAIA just had a guy put the beat down at KU's meet, to destroy Indiana's and KU's best runners. You can talk when you post your name and times.
Still no word from the NAIA on where the meet will be held. Maybe they should have found a place before they moved it out of NC.
Elsah, IL at Principia College's course.
Can anyone provide a description of the course?
Pictures of the course

That looks really small, with tight corners. I haven't seen where they have run a meet with 10 teams, much less 30. It's looking to be a nightmare.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
