"Borderline" is a description of the condition, a polite way of saying "not normal".
OP, no-one knows. It needs to be diagnosed by a psychiatrist. I think it would manifest itself in a multitude of ways though, and not just when you have a disagreement with her. Equally, it could be a case of you being controlling and unable to empathise with another person's feelings/frustration with that.
