So during my freshman year of high school, my coaches were constantly telling me that I lean a lot from the hips and to run up tall.
So while base training in the summer I practiced good posture while running only to have them tell me during practice of my sophmore year that I am still leaning.
How do I learn to stand up tall when running while getting that lean that everyone keeps talking about? I heard you are suppose to do it from ankles not hips but how?
