Hey guys and gals...
Glad to report that the 15-miler worked out well...so well that we went 16 miles. Got some cloud cover this morning, though it was still humid. Did a hilly tempo-ish nine miles, refueled, and then did seven miles on a flatter route. I was a bit ahead going into today, and so I ended up doing 61 miles this week, not 59.
Hang in there, folks.
Got about 2-3 more weeks of horrible heat here. Then it will start to slowly improve. Can't wait.

There's only been one day here this year that was over 30C. I can't imagine running in this actually. It's going to be 16C tomorrow (the daily high!). I hope it improves for you all.
