Who the F is Richard? And he isn't me.
Nothing about this situation is interesting, how this BS boring thread is still going is beyond me.
Keep up the great work Rachel. I hate cheats.
I'm not sure it is relevant if they are not cheating to get in to anything and not taking prize money, but I salute you for not taking about 2-3,000 posts on a thread to detail your case.

So please explain how Rachel's blogpost is slander? It is pretty obvious they switched bibs.....and should be called out for it.
Please explain otherwise.
Too many super sleuths out there now. Its getting silly.
Why would I explain a claim that I am not making?
Looks like the OP's been subjected to 'Tall Poppy Syndrome':
Tall Poppy Syndrome
Australian Slang for someone who has a high ego and needs to be brought back down to his/her peers through put downs.
Australian slang for the tendancy to criticise highly successful people (ie, tall poppies), and 'cut them down'.
You have too much time on your hands!!!
Go feed the homeless
There were 105,237 people experiencing homelessness in Australia on Census night in 2011. This equated to 1 in 200 Australians, and represented an increase of 17% from the 2006 Census, with the rate of homelessness increasing from 45 per 10,000 to 49 per 10,000.
There's of course another explanation. That the OP did this.... to draw attention away from her own bib-swapping!! Once she's accepted into the confraternity (consorority?) of "marathon investigators", it will be easier to avoid scrutiny of herself.
Of course, I'm not saying this is litereally true. Maybe she's trying to draw attention away from some other type of cheating (course-cutting) of her own. Or maybe she's trying to promote Elizabeth's book (which I hope is not so logorrheic).
Go feed the homeless
AFAICT, the homeless are typically decently-fed in Oz. It's shelter that they lack, not food.
Perhaps "Go feed the foodless" doesn't have such a ring to it though.

I'm all for this. Expose cheats. Though this one seems pretty innocuous until the threats.
However ... From a photo on the blog you imply you ran Boston in 2:21 in 2013, a time that would have won by 5 minutes. Hmmm.

It's another peripatetic read, but:
http://runnerrachel.blogspot.com.au/2013/04/boston-marathon-2013.htmlRunning as hard as my legs will let me, I look up to see the clock relentlessly ticking towards 2:21. Around mile 15 the clocks reset to the men's race time - 28 minutes less than mine - and I'm too out of it right now to do the simple arithmetic to figure out what finish time I'm headed for; I simply put my head down and GO.
Finish time: 2:49:03
Incidentlally, that's what I figured when I saw the pic (she had run down the male finish line, which was 30 minutes behind, maybe to avoid bombings), but I didn't bother to (try to) read her blogpost until now.
I know the true reason the clock says what it does, but on any page of her website the picture is off on the right with the title "O.M.G." and caption saying "Yes, you read that right."
Looks like pretty clear misrepresentation to me, even if it's a joke. Hmmm, that sounds awfully familiar.

That makes sense. All of these cheat bloggers are probably the biggest cheaters. They seem to be too knowledgeable about cheating. A long time ago when Derek Murphy barely earned finishers medals in marathons he was as slow as...(insert successful cheater name here). Nope, Derek wasn't even that fast. I suspect that cheat bloggers are all just jealous haters who spend all of their time trying to disprove anyone who is better than them.

The only problem with that theory is that Rachel beat both of the bib-swapping cheats anyway. So either she's sociopathic and trying disprove people who are worse than her, or there's another explanation.
Dunno about that, at least Murphy's block isn't all about himself, when I see humungous blogs like the OP's that are all about themselves I just find myself asking the question, why, what's the purpose?

I can make these arguments too!
