I am from Sandusky Ohio, just to start out. I heard that Grand Valley is for runners who are not good enough to go to Division one? That being said MAC is by far the best. After that GLIAC and Horizon League are the same. Enough said

None of these conferences has much for 800/1500.
Horizon League really isn't a competitive mid-distance/distance conference at all.
MAC had clayton murphy but other than that too not much.
GLIAC really takes the cake overall, especially when it comes to 5k/10k
