A really good, balanced diet
Colostrum. Does not aid performance at all but for me it really helps boost immune system. Only supplement that I really notice makes a difference. Never get sick when taking Colostrum regularly. By-product benefit is more consistent training. That said, nothing still beats a good diet with lots of veggies.

Weinermax. I'm not small, though. Really.
As you're aware, if you take it solely for the purpose of enhancing performance, then it's already satisfied that criterium of WADA's and would therefore also satisfy the "contrary to the spirit of sport" criterium. So it's doping.
And really what this shows is how arbitrary the anti-doping regulations are. They're a PR sham.

Hi, Mo!
Daily: multivitamin, whey protein, L-carnitine
Alternating every other day: ashwahghanda extract, maca powder
Before workouts: b-complex vitamin, yohimbe extract
Testosterone, EPO, T3, Salbutamol, Ephedrine, Actovegin, Xenon gas.
All legal, with a slip from my doctor.
And not prohibited in any way because i am not a professional athlete subject to testing by any sports governing body.
I tried Melatonin when I was dealing with insomnia. A total Placebo, doesn't do crap. Maybe if you work graveyard shift but for people with sleeping issues it does nothing.
High quality fish oil
Drinkable Magnesium powder mix
