So if aerobic training is the base for a good long distance runner.
How long can you train and keep improving a day? is there a limit of the benefits of an aerobic session?
If my legs are tired can i just hop to an elliptical and get the same benefits that will help my running?
I mean why not just run a looot and do things like 3 -4 hours of elliptical? is there a downside for aerobic improvement doing a lot? how many sessions 2 -3 a day? Is there point where i dont get the benefits anymore in session?
