Sure you can go all vegan and eat only vegetables, but it seems like most tasty foods are bad for you in some way or another. If it's not fat it's sodium, not cholesterol than glycemic index, and so on.
Anyone else feel this way?

No, acutally I don't. I go to this place called Whole Foods about once every week or so and they have tons of healthy foods. I actually almost feel overwhelmed by the quantity of healthy foods I could buy. Since I'm a distance runner who doubles, high glymeric foods don't bother me, if you're counting macros, you aren't running enough.
How many of you have thought, “I’ll start Plexus...
...when this vacation is over
...when I’m not traveling for work as much
...when things slow down a bit
...when I’m in a better routine
...when I have more money
...when I have more time
...when I have time to workoutâ€
Listen. Plexus is easy and can fit into any lifestyle or circumstance. If you can drink a bottle of water, then you have time to start Plexus! If you drink energy drinks, coffee, sodas, etc, you can afford Plexus!
No major changes to your lifestyle are required--the changes will be gradual and you’ll actually feel good about making them. In fact you might not even notice that you are snacking less or are more active until you stop to think about it! No meal replacement shakes (if I can’t chew it, it’s not food!), no cardboard tasting snacks, no calorie counting, no weigh-ins, etc.
Plexus backs products with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Since someday will never come, why not make today the day that you commit to getting healthy? You CAN do this! I can show you how, every step of the way!

Spoken by someone who clearly isn't vegan, thinking all they eat is vegetables. I am a vegetarian and there are SO many heathy choices. Things I have made(that are not high in cholesterol, fat or sodium):
-veggie/black bean and rice tacos
-stuffed peppers with quinoa/seasonings
-tofu/vegetable curry (light coconut milk)
-veggie burger with sweet potatoe rounds
There are so many options. You just need to educate yourself on different healthy options, look up recipes, try healthier options if going out to eat etc. I actually feel worse when I eat high sodium, cholesterol or fatty foods.
