You're applying for a job that doesn't want drug users. You are a drug user. You should look for a different job. Or, simply stop using drugs completely.

You almost certainly will not beat this test. Since you are a fairly frequent smoker, 4 days won't be enough to get the THC out of your system. If you're going to try, you should do what the posters suggested here, 60 mile (or more weekend) tons of food, tons of water, take electrolytes, etc. If you don't have any obligations on friday, I'd just start tomorrow and hike/run as much as you can in 3 days. All this together may not be enough. Based on your frequency of smoking, its going to take over 10 days to test negative. With the suggestions in this thread you can cut a couple days off that. You might be able to shave another day or 2 off because you're fit. Monday is 4 days away, not enough.
"Studies suggest someone who smokes often can expect to test positive for around a week following last use. According to the NDCI, after 10 days, most frequent users should pass a urine test at the 50 ng/mL threshold.
“Based upon recent scientific evidence, at the 50 ng/mL cutoff concentration for the detection of cannabinoids in urine, it would be unlikely for a chronic user to produce a positive urine drug test result for longer than 10 days after the last smoking episode.â€
However, there’s no guarantee that a heavy cannabis smoker will be free of THC metabolites after 10 days. Studies show it’s possible for some users to test positive for up to a month after last use.
In one extreme case, a person who reported using cannabis heavily for over 10 years managed to test positive (above 20 ng/mL limit) for up to 67 days after last use."
At the very least I'd try to delay the test at least a week (and not smoke at all). Can you concoct a death in the family story which requires you to fly to the other coast for a week?
I don't know what to do. I got scared and told the guy monday worked for me. What kind of foods should i eat?
Thanks for the suggestions and help so far. I drank a ton of water today. Im 5'11 and 160 lbs

'Bump' - come on, dumb dumb - you've got all the information there is already and there is also the magic google, don't be a typical lazy millennial.
You're probably fvcked but do us a solid here and report back with the outcome.
Have no fear, druggie. There is absolutely no need to fail a non court-mandated drug test. The solution is simple: come up with an excuse to miss the drug test on Monday. Make it very good and provide "evidence". Here are the two easiest examples:
1) The old "car troubles" routine.
Say you locked your keys in your car. Prove it by actually locking your keys in your car and then calling a locksmith company to come open it. Won't cost more than $40-$50. Post a picture of the guy from the company unlocking your car with some stupid hashtag. #MondaysSuck. Of course, you will also need to clarify when you call your potential boss that you have plans starting Monday evening that last through Friday. Thus, you will need to reschedule. And you will have to apologize profusely.
2) Play hooky.
Call in sick. Apologize and sheepishly suggest that you will bring in a doctor's note as a half joking/half "I will if you want me to" type thing. Go to the walk-in clinic and fake some easy symptoms (head ache, upset stomach, whatever) and leave with your note. Also remember to post a picture of yourself in the waiting room. #SummerSicknessSucks.
Wow, just horrible.

Will do.
Yes, agreed. This solution certainly isn't "savory". I would never put myself in a position where these measures were necessary. However, it seems that the only other option would be to fail the drug test and lose out on the job opportunity. No suggestions outside of mine would result in any different outcome. What I have laid out would work, albeit at a high "moral cost". It really depends on how important this job opportunity is.
Go tell them to screw themselves
Can't believe it's taken this many pages. Get a prosthetic penis and strap a bag of urine to your leg.
Steam room and sauna this weekend.
They also have at home marijuana testing kits at the pharmacy. Get one of those and see what happens
And multi vitamins
Run as much as you can, seriously. Not a hard place just keep moving and drink a TON Of Gatorade and water. Seriously just run/keep moving all day and drinking.
Blood dialysis
There is an old saying that a pre-employment drug test is really a stupidity test.
In the future, assume that any new employer will require a drug test. This is standard.
Also, if you ever hurt yourself at work, your employer will likely require a drug test. If you test positive they can deny worker's compensation benefits.
If you smoke as often as you claim your current employer probably already knows you use because our clothes will smell like pot.
If this is a career type job you are going to have to decide if pot is more important than developing a career.
Watch the 30 for 30 documentary about Ricky Williams. A great story about a talented football player smoking away his career.
Time to make some adult decisions.
I've been walking biking and running since 8:30 today and it's 11:45 right now. From now on I'm obviously not going to smoke. I just didn't think this job would drug test. I'm going to eat a bunch of blueberries and protein shakes, too. Thanks for the replies so far. Don't really want to buy a fake penis ha
Next time just be upfront about it. At my previous job they mentioned a drug test during the interview. I said I smoke here and there and that I had done so the weekend before (more like every day but they didnt need to know), they didn't even give a shit and respected the fact that I told them
aside from that, theres plenty of solutions available, just go buy one
