Ive decided to moderate the pace of my tempos and make them a bit longer 4-5 mile temps in the 5:40-5:30 range... Then add some 1x3mile 4min rest 1x2mile tempos at a bit faster pace once I get closer to the end of the summer..Im going into the 5th week of my summer base/ 65 miles this week ..the next 5 weeks move into the 70-85+ miles per week range..
