You should have a look at Patrick Malandain GPS data from his consecutive 100 days with 100 km/day in a row from Feb 18 to May 27, 2016:
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/profile/ultrapatrunI did not do the exercice, but his pace distribution seems to be distributed around a running pace of 8min/mile, with not more then about 10% time spent to walk. RY "performance" seems bleak in comparison ;-)
