Obviously, he's lacking push-ups. Hoping that Mo can share his regimen.

There's room for at least two (Mo Farah, Mo Aman) but maybe not three

Just felt it was necessary to give the guy some much needed credit on these boards. Massive PR and was very impressed with how he competed on the final lap. A year or two ago he almost seemed like the whipping boy for Bowerman TC (excluding Fernandez I guess) now he's arguably the fittest on the team.
What happened to saying he must be "doping"? Are you not American?
American athletic fans are ALWAYS suspicious! They don't like it when athletes succeed....they don't encourage athletes.
If a runner succeeds, he or she must be "doping." If he/she doesn't succeed, he/she is labeled "Done!"
Euro ppl are the real athletics fans!
Just saying, but I agree with your post!
Mo Ahmed, Jager and Solinsky have had greater, unexplainable jumps than any NOP member has ever had. But the NOP are the ones everyone is after....
Letsrun hypocrisy at its finest.

3:28 by a 5k/10k specialist
3:50 indoor mile by a 5k/10k specialist
3:56 by female seemingly stuck at 4:01
Revitalized career of long since over the hill 1500 runner
VS
26:59 10k for 5k specialist
8:00 steeple (7:55?) for steeple specialist with seemingly untapped talent
13:01 5k for 5k specialist that represented his country at age 21 in London
Tough call on the comparison. Though, I haven't heard any rumors thus far regarding Schumacher testing androgel on people, sending medicine in hollowed out books, putting 14yo boys on tests-boost, or casually handing out thyroid medicine.

Big run for Ahmed for sure and one of the strongest canadian record, if not the best!
Perhaps you should check out the Canadian 100m dash record?

Sudden, one-off performances are not suspicious. The suspicions behind jumps in performance are when an athlete brings their career to another level, consistently. From Lance Armstrong turning from a one-day racer into 7-time Grand Tour winner to Rita Jeptoo going from 2:24s to sub 2:20 type performances regularly.

Ahmed doesn't have the wheels to be the best. The top two guys cruised by him in the last 200m. Plus we don't have room for another Mo. We already have one GOAT - MO Farah,
No WR =no GOAT. Fact.
