Skinny women don't age well. By the time they gain weight, it goes straight to their belly and arms - but nothing ends up where it should go (hips/boobs).
Now above a certain threshold, fat women don't age well either. That's somewhere around BMI 28. Ashley Greyham should be right around BMI of 26 so she should age just fine. Certainly better than someone like - say - Paula Radcliffe or Deena Caster.

Nicki Minaj is a good example of a 1 in a million kinda girl. Her natural body is off the charts and 99% of women can do as many squats as they want and will never look like her:
