I had this exact same issue after college. I used to think it was tied to depression but realized it was a serious addiction to working out and staying fit/malnutrition.
I still wake up but not as often. If I do, a piece of bread with honey does the trick. Prior posters are right. Take time off and focus on another outlet in your life. If there isn't one , create one. You will eventually find your groove back and hopefully be at a comfortable relationship with running.
Personally, I have been able to train seriously again, and taking some time for myself and health has been a huge wake up call.
As far as other outlets - Avoid alcohol or other modes of self destructing addictions. That only emphasizes your issues and can take you down a terrible path.
