I got a concussion on Friday during my soccer game. I'm waiting to see my athletic trainer today since she wasn't here yesterday. I still feel some of the symptoms like dizziness, spacing out, some neck pain, and some tingling. I believe it's not that serious but don't want to take any risks. I was told by the other athletic trainer at the game that I would be out of soccer for at least a week due to the law. When's the best day to come back to running? My season starts in less than a month... Has anyone experienced this before???
