I am currently training in neutral shoes. I do most of my running in Nike Pegasus. Haha yeah my injuries aren't stress fractures. I've actually never had one surprisingly.
I doubt I'm over training. I really can't get my mileage up or the intensity before I get injured. Lately my limit is about 30 mpw and I don't really mix in any hard workouts. I actually live in a small rural Midwest town so just about all of my running is done on dirt roads.
I don't think I'm too too heavy. I'm 5 11 and around 135 pounds. Haha well it doesn't seem like either of us is going to change each other's mind but I appriciate the comments! It's always good to talk to someone with opposing view points.
Thank you everyone else. I'm thinking of either trying the Sauncony A Type, Mizuno Hitogami or the Nike Streak LT. Also my buildup is going to be really slow and gradual.
